ISO und FSSC Audits
Erfolgreiche Audits: ISO 9001 (Qualität), ISO 22000 und FSSC 22000 (Lebensmittelsicherheit)
Im März und April fanden die Audits für die ISO Normen 9001, 22000 und FSSC 22000 statt. Alcosuisse wurde erfolgreich für die ISO 9001 Norm rezertifiziert und auch die Konformität zu den Standards der Lebensmittelindustrie ISO 22000 (Standort Rüti b. Büren) und FSSC 22000 (Standorte Delémont und Schachen) wurde bestätigt. Der FSSC 22000 Standard beinhaltet im Vergleich mit dem ISO 22000 Standard zusätzliche Anforderungen und ist international von der GFSI (Global Food and Safety Initiative) anerkannt.
Eine Besonderheit war dieses Jahr, dass die FSSC 22000 Audits an den Produktionsstandorten unangemeldet stattgefunden haben. Kein Problem - wir sind jeder Zeit bereit!
